Measurement solutions

» The use of gauges makes it possible to control one or more dimensions of a product per envelope. It is thus possible to globally judge the conformity of the characteristics by combining the dimensional aspect as well as the geometric aspect. This field of control is interesting, because it makes it possible to check the assembly of the products which is a dominating component for the qualification of their conformity. On the other hand, the use of control gauges does not make it possible to have a measurement result; it simply offers attribute type information (good/bad).

» Obtaining a measurement result is an important component of inspection and more particularly of in-process inspection. In this case, the user needs to view a measurement in order to determine the drift of a process whether internal or external to the company and to be able to make the necessary corrections.

 
 
 
 
 
 

Measurement CE

The measurement CEs allow precise control of all rotating parts by giving a measurement independent of the operator. The measurement is fast, precise and reliable. Measurement CEs allow measurements to be made by comparison  on all kinds of parts thanks to a wide range of keys.
The measurement CEs can be delivered alone or in a pack with a comparator or a Metro display + sensor
 

Measuring benches

The measuring benches make it possible to control with great precision all mechanical parts, in particular watchmaking, by giving a reliable and fast measurement independent of the operator.

Measurements can be made live or by comparison.

The bench can be equipped with:

  • fixed keys (diameter/length on request and of all shapes) or interchangeable keys of all types.

  • Tables adjustable in height and lengthwise.

  • Delivered in wooden box.

  • Calibration certificate on request.
